Power Hearts are positive affirmations that I created for myself after leaving a toxic relationship. I started therapy and began this body of work. I decided to create these reminders for myself and paste them around the city in places that I frequented. I felt shattered and needed to work hard to regain my self worth and get my shine back. The important journey of truly loving one self first is one that resonates with most. Individual worth is so important to nurture and maintain as we move through this world. The Power Hearts are about self love and positivity which in turn reaches towards others. They become messages of encouragement, hope, and love for everyone. Once my work hits the streets it's no longer just mine, it's yours as well. I hope you are lifted.
